Soft Crystal Mooncake

My aunty bring me to AMWAY cooking/baking class today, more exactly is to promote the bread maker machine and the high pressure cooker. My house got the bread maker machine (can be used as oven as well) but we seldom use it. I made bread twice by using that machine and egg tarts with F*fus last time. All the while it is at 冷宫, until recently my kimpo oven the chicken pie at my house.

And today, I use it to make the dough for the 'skin' of soft crystal mooncake! Tada~ below is my masterpiece....I do not colouring and they do not look nice but luckily the taste still ok. I thought I failed because too gummy and I do not have the measure to measure the flour and sugar weight. I agak-agak only and I used the jelly tray to make the macam-macam patterns. hehe. =P

The recipe:
250g soft cooked glutinous flour
60g shortening
180-200g icing sugar
150-180ml water
Mix all to make a soft dough
Add colouring and flavour (red bean)

Just to mention, by using 2 bread maker machine and 2 high pressure cooker, they are able to cook/make as below in just 1 hour.

1. 油饭 (around 15 mins)
2. Laksa (1 hour)
3. Kaya (30 mins)
4. Ongol-ongol (15mins)
5. Mexico Bun
6. Red Bean Bun
7. Soft Crystal Mooncake
8. Mee Ku

I will try to make Mexico Bun next time. Stay tuned~

Good Deed #1

Now, I know how important weekend for me! Aww, work for 5 days and finally I can wake up late. I love sleeping so much but I have to wake up at 6.15am in order to get a nice parking space. I think it is troublesome to get the company shuttle from the company rent parking space to the office. I TAK SUKA but prefer to walk to the parking outside the office.

What's new. We pray Datok Gong on Thurs and went to rumah orang tua after that. Our department has raise RM1415 donation to the old folk house and we went to Tesco Extra to buy food and necessities for them during our lunch break. tee hee. :P

Hungry Ghost Month is going to end soon lo~~

4.30pm pang kang lo! Most of the time I back from work puntually at 4.30pm. Today, when I walked to my car, oh no... my Innova was blocked by 2 cars, just left a very limited space for me!!! I wonder how can I move my car out. NO company sticker stick at the car and so I couldn't reach them to ask them to move thier car. Luckily a guy coming to get his car and I asked him for help.

He is nice person, helping me under the very hot sun, so pai seh to him. >.<

Actually the green colour space is NOT a parking!!

I asked him to help me to drive out but he asked me to drive myself and he will direct me as he couldn't see both side as well. Perhaps, he scares accidentally scratch my car too. Argh, I nearly to give up but he said just a little bit u can get out. Reverse again a bit and drive infront a bit. He asked me to hold tight my sterring, any movement will cause another side to get scratches! How stress is it huh! I looked beside, only left about 2-3cm with the other car and he said he will take care another side which only left few cm too. Amitafa! finally I succeed to drive the car out under his help without 'harming' other car and at the same time the car owner come. =.=

Thank you again and I really appreciate for the help. =)

At night, we had dinner with my dad's friend to give my sister a farewell maybe?! A very nice meal and we are very very full!!! Below is one of the food~

Mushroom!Time to GO!

Finally, I have been motivated to make my blog alive again! Guess, how long am I going to maintain this motivation?! hee. I think... I think... I think... hopefully can make it as long as possible. =)

A short update from me!

Another stage of life....I been work for almost 2 months as a buyer now! I made new friends and learn new things. For the 1st month, it is mainly for training as the company has a series of training program for the new birds like us. During the 2 weeks training course, we are just like gone back to uni. It was fun and interesting. But, I mengantuk during the class sometimes...:P

Come to the second month where the stress start to begin. I start handling the part counts at the 2nd week of Aug. Everything is still smooth and good as I have a really good buddy. =) But today, I feel the stress! Argh. no appetite. rush. tire. I have to handle another workcell starting from this week. The part count is below hundred, but the issue is much more greater than the 1st workcell I coordinate.  I spent whole day just to complete the report. My eyes BLUR...

Anyway, the 5th week I joined the company, we got a department dinner at E&O hotel. hahah. How syiok I am. xP Here are the pictures with my collegues.
